Movement With Abbie offers bespoke, movement-based wellness experiences across Ontario, grounded in dance, yoga, pilates, strength and conditioning, figure skating conditioning and choreography, acrobatics, and corporate wellness. With over a decade of teaching experience, each session is intentionally designed to build physical strength, emotional balance, and embodied expression.
Available online, in-home, and in private, group, or corporate settings, every experience is tailored to individual or collective goals. Dance-based training develops artistry, confidence, and technical refinement. Yoga and pilates enhance mobility, stability, and mindfulness. Strength and conditioning focus on functional power and injury prevention, while acrobatics builds control, flexibility, and dynamic movement quality. Figure skating work blends conditioning and choreography to elevate performance on and off the ice. Corporate wellness sessions support focus, connection, and reduced stress within teams.
